With media competing for everyone’s attention, it’s become increasingly difficult to navigate wellness trends and knowing if it’s right or not right for someone. A lot of people will try a diet, a detox, a workout, or read a book on motivation, hoping that they will be able to make a change. Sometimes it works out, but for many nothing truly changes and they are back to old habits. As a health and wellness coach, I help people bridge that gap between where they are and where they want to be with their wellbeing that’s sustainable and realistic.
With all of my clients, I help them to get to the heart of the matter of their health concerns. I teach them how to leverage their strengths, and allow them decide to work on what’s most important to them. What I love most about being a coach is noticing the moment a client discovers the power of self-awareness, feels motivated, has confidence, uses new life skills, and telling their story of transformational change! That experience will be with them their entire life. At the core of my coaching style is relatedness and putting myself in other people's shoes to help draw out the best in them during challenging times.
The strategies I rely on to facilitate my clients' change results are the best of well-researched coaching models, theories, methodologies, and experience with what works well with clients. Each of my clients know that they are working with a dedicated coach practitioner void of personal agenda, bias, or judgement. I work to serve others and help them thrive in life, live with more happiness, and be in charge of their health and well-being.
