Bring to light new ways for people to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
People in the context of their own lives are the best source for lifestyle change strategies. The client-directed, evidence-based process of behavior change has been shown to improve the health and well-being of individuals wanting to make healthy changes. Starting with an awareness of a person's unique strengths and resources, a health and wellness coach collaborates with a client to develop a well-matched plan of small steps, with respect to the client's level of readiness to change in various areas of well-being. Clients not only improve their health metrics by developing healthy habits over time, but they improve in their life satisfaction, self-efficacy, and sense of fulfillment. Moments of insight, education, and self-awareness happen throughout the growth-promoting experience of working with a health and wellness coach.

Better One-on-Ones for Professionals
“Anyone can follow anything for 30 days; that’s just willpower. Rather, invest your time focusing daily on making better decisions that are inline with what’s important to you. Own your own process.”
Changing anything about oneself is tough, and the purpose of having a health coach is to support people in their positive efforts to live well.
My life's purpose is to help others improve the way they take care of themselves. My daily goal is to have meaningful conversations with people to inspire and encourage them to do something good for their personal well-being. I'm extremely appreciative of having coached many different people with unique interests ideas and feelings about who they are and what they want to change. I believe that people hold within them the solutions and strategies to make the changes they want. When life gets in the way, people struggle and often forget about their self-care, especially in the not-so-obvious areas of well-being: Sleep, Stress, Relationships, Purpose, Disease Prevention, Happiness...
The science of behavior change reveals that people need to change their minds before they change what they do. So, people are the best source of solutions for individuals struggling to be healthy and well. Working with a coach practitioner brings out the best in people to help them get better at taking care of themselves in all aspects of well-being. Increased self-awareness, confidence, accountability, and skills practice are some of the mechanisms by which coaching behavior change works.
